Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in our service fee. We will choose the best delivery service for your order.

The service fees (once per order) are:

  for delivery to United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and Czech Republic if the event is not scheduled within the next 7 days

  if the event is scheduled within the next 7 days

  to all other countries

• Does not apply to registrations, gift vouchers and tickets that are free of shipping
   

The service fee includes the VAT, the costs for packaging, shipping and delivery fees or fees for personal ticket handovers at the venue or the deposit of tickets to a Service Point or hotel.

Delivery generally on the next day (Mon - Sat).
