Cancellation

If an event is cancelled without replacement, we will contact you as soon possible via e-mail. You may return your tickets to us within 10 days after becoming aware of the cancellation. Normally, the sales prices of the tickets without any payment and shipping fees paid by you minus a processing fee of CHF 10.00/EUR 10.00 will be credited to you within 20 days (General Terms and Conditions and/or Instructions form the organiser are decisive). In rare cases, only the printed ticket price will be refunded. As a ticket broker, we purchase the tickets from a third party. They have defined their own terms and can set more restrictive guidelines regarding the reimbursement of our purchase prices. To provide the refund, we ask that you send the tickets to us along with the return form below. We recommend that ticket returns be sent by registered post as we accept no liability for any losses.
